Zora helps property managers run their business.

Zora lets property managers track company details and dates, create auditable logs of conversations with tenants store files, and manage monthly reporting for owners.

Our founding team had all been in the property management business before founding Zora. We knew there was a problem to be solved because we were experiencing it ourselves every single day.

There just wasn’t a good solution out there for property managers with less than four hundred units. The enterprise options were to robust and far too expensive. While the solutions for landlords were little more than credit checks.

There’s a saying that the best company ideas solve your own problem. We had an itch and scratched it.

We’ve learned a lot about property managers and tenants along the way. And no doubt we still have a few more things to learn, but Zora is already helping property managers run their businesses.
