Values We work together, but value our individual freedom Communicating with team members is an essential part of our everyday work. And so is showing concern for one another’s time. We avoid unnecessary meetings and prefer to spend our free time in our own way. We communicate in an open, honest, and respectful way We are honest about what works well and what we can improve. We encourage team members to share feedback and express their concerns, all while maintaining a respectful and constructive atmosphere. We don’t tolerate rude and ego-driven behavior. We foster flexibility and tolerance We have the freedom to choose how, where, and (partially) when we work. This allows us to integrate work into our everyday life, and not the other way around. Having diverse cultural backgrounds, we place a high value on treating one another with kindness. Also, we see mistakes as a normal part of the growth process, at every stage. We believe in hierarchy without enforcement At ZipoApps everyone has a voice, whether it’s a team leader or a fresh talent. We encourage team members to ask for help when they need it, but we also empower them to make decisions. We avoid micromanagement or putting pressure when things are not urgent. We can sum it all up with one word: “Sababa” “Sababa” is a Hebrew word meaning great or cool. That’s how we want our environment to be.
