As founder and CEO, my main responsibility is to build an impactful team of passionate and open-minded people. In our small team, every member has a great deal of decision-making autonomy. Yet, at the same time, every team member must be aware that only as a team we can build a truly great product. Our current team definitely fits the bill. In day-to-day operations, I am in charge of product development, marketing and business development, HR and finance.
