The Ziel process is a physical, chemical-free, new method applicable to both conventional and organic commodities. It is both non-additive and residue-free.
Contrary to conventional thermal processing, RF heats volumetrically and is able to penetrate certain types of packaging materials, thus providing opportunities for effective sanitation while minimizing or avoiding re-contamination.
Unlike other chemical-free alternatives, the RF process has minimal effect on the flavor or texture of the commodities, and minimal effect on the nutritional value.

The APEX and SENTINEL product lines focus on achieving consistent reliable pathogen control, high throughout efficiency, and cost effective performance without the use of chemicals or the limitations of external steam treatment or conductive heating. These machines (depending on the commodity) may also be used for drying and/or other applications. Our solutions are energy and space efficient alternatives to traditional technologies.
