Zeus is sold to managers of multi-family apartments. It helps them to target efficiency programs, reduce their expenses, and increase tenant demand.

The Zeus platform has three parts; an electricity monitoring device, a property manager analytics platform, and a tenant mobile app.

Our electricity monitor installs into the electricity panel of each apartment in a multi-family building. Our algorithms identify individual appliances as they draw power based on their signature electrical fingerprints.

Insights from this data are provided to property managers through an analytics platform, showing them details into appliance maintenance, communal energy use, and safety alerts.

Tenants receive recommendations on how to reduce their electricity consumption through our mobile app. Gamification and comparisons to neighbors increase savings. Smart home notifications can also be sent based on electricity use, such as the washing machine has now stopped or the fridge door has been left open.
