We at Zerodha are looking for UI/UX designers who can cater to both web and mobile. These are what you will get to do if you join us: 1. You will be our first UI/UX hire. That means, your opinion on all things UI is what will drive every single change that would happen on all our products like Q, Quant and Kite. 2. Being the first hire, you also would be in complete control of building your own design team, and if that does go well, we would more than happy to incubate your ideas. After all, we also have an incubator, Rainmatter, which would also give you projects and ideas to work on. 3. You will be working in one of the most profitable startups of the country, and pretty much one of the best finance startups in India. We still have a long way to go, and you would be playing a significant part in it. 4. Being in finance sector, we are driven by data, the data that you can use to do various kinds of visualizations, and graphs, to help our clients have a better visual experience.
