We offer a 30-day sabbatical-leave to employees that have been with us for five years. There’s a flexible work schedule and unlimited PTO. We trust you to get the job done in the way that’s best for you. - We hold monthly all-hands meetings in which we review revenue growth, strategy, company finances, fundraising, etc. All questions are welcome and you’ll always be in the know. - We structure project work with open and collaborative project definition documents: anybody can read, review, and provide feedback to contribute if they think they can add value. - Most communication channels are public slack channels. There's no need to hide anything because we're not competing with each other.
