We created ZAQ as a customizable AI chatbot that assists users the moment they land on the merchant website. It proactively asks natural questions in due course to make the user key interactions (login, checkout, order follow up) easier, smoother, and humane.

In 2019 worldwide 8 trillion dollars were abandoned in cart on eCommerce websites. 80% of these problems come from late shipping cost calculation, required user registration, and complicated checkout forms. This is precisely the problem we are solving today. Studies have shown that adjustments in the checkout process will increase conversion to 35.62%.
