It is crucial that companies need to foster an empathetic hiring culture by promoting empathy for recruiters, managers, and job applicants. We do this with an AI/ML-powered engine that enables recruiters to quickly assess every candidate for their actual skills & competencies, based on the specific intent of the hiring manager. The platform helps to determine both - the capability to perform (Skills) and the motivation to perform (Culture).
