Zanitor ensures timely cleaning and disinfection of all areas in a building by tracking people flow / usage and making cleaning / disinfection transparent to the building occupants to provide a sense of comfort. ZAN is leading the transformation of the building maintenance industry to ensure safe reopening / functioning of businesses and work places.
There are about 14k data points reporting to the Zanitor platform from 16 different facilities across USA, the number is expected to be 30k by end of the year, resulting in a MRR of $85-90k by end of 2020. The data points include sensors and other 3rd party sources like flight schedule, organic particle test, event schedules etc.
Zan has proved its value across verticals like Aviation, Corporate buildings, Healthcare etc, demonstrating 20% savings in operational cost, resulting in <12 month payback for its client.
