Bike share as a service, not a product
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Cambridge, Mass., Zagster is the nation's largest and fastest-growing bike-share provider. Zagster partners with more than 130 communities — including cities, universities, businesses, and properties — to bring bike sharing to areas where traditional bike-share providers can't reach. The company’s goal: To make the bike the most loved form of transportation.

Unlike other bike shares in which riders must drop off bikes at designated stations for every stop, Zagster’s programs let users ride as long as they want, wherever they want. And because Zagster manages all aspects of its systems — from hardware and software, to maintenance and marketing — Zagster partners can implement safe, scalable, and cost-effective bike shares that best suit their needs.

Zagster also offers a unique private-public model of collaborative sponsorship to offset costs to taxpayers and allow anyone in a community to have a direct stake in bike sharing's success.
