Every buyer gets a personal AI home-finding agent, Grace, that recommends homes purely on fit. Every home gets a real video tour: an agent films one phone walkthrough, and YUQI turns it into a narrated, subtitled tour, usually within an hour. Every agent gets an AI assistant for clients, open houses and follow-ups.

We're live on iOS and Android with 131 video listings across 17 California cities, 2,000+ video plays and 55 tour and contact requests, with zero paid marketing. YUQI was built by a licensed California broker who has closed $50M+ in sales and filmed video tours of nearly 1,000 homes. Now we're building the team.
