What we’re looking for: Yoz is looking for a creative and passionate Social & Content Manager who can help us create compelling content across Twitter, Discord, and our website. This person will help drive the company’s social media strategy by ideating on current topics in the crypto/blockchain space, producing daily posts/tweets, and developing marketing campaigns. You'll also be in charge of building brand awareness and generating engagement – while helping to establish the Yoz team as a trusted voice within the crypto community. You will: - Leverage social media tools to proactively engage the community and drive brand awareness - Create engaging content across all channels: Twitter, Discord, and company's website - Develop an initial social media strategy that supports marketing goals - Establish Yoz Labs as trusted thought leaders in the decentralized identity space and broader crypto community - Collaborate with the engineering and product team on content creation and execution - Create an editorial calendar and manage posting schedule - Maintain and monitor the analytics of both Twitter and Discord community growth and engagement - Keep a proactive finger on the pulse of crypto/blockchain trends and conversations - Drive growth of company’s Twitter handle You may be a fit if you have: - Prior experience in developing and executing a social media strategy - Strong and clear written communication skills - Proven knowledge of Discord, Twitter, Web3, NFTs, and more Bonus points: - Influencer marketing background - Own, use, or create NFTs
