YourOwnROOM is a Residential Proptech rental and property management business. We provide strategically located good quality Co-living and Family managed homes to millennials tenants that are safe and comfortable. We engage with residential asset owners which includes individual homeowners, developers, building owners and societies in managing their rentals and properties.

We have a deep relationship with the millennial generation and understand the problems they face in the search for good homes, which is why we provide the easiest solution to finding ready to move in homes. We also manage the entire tenant lifecycle from agreement creation to move in, stay, renewal, transfer and exit through our easy-to-use technology platform and mobile app. We also have a dedicated sales and operations team working at the backend who are the heart and soul of our business.
