Join the Founding Team at Yondera Yondera is at the beginning of its journey, and we’re intentionally building a small, high-impact founding team to shape what comes next. The business is currently led by Jack (Founder) and Owain (Founding Director), and we’re now looking for two exceptional people who want to help create something meaningful from the ground up. We’re hiring a Founding Creative Director, someone who can define and evolve the Yondera identity across experiences, film, content, brand, and community. This role is about more than design. It’s about shaping how Yondera feels in the real world, crafting memorable experiences, and building a brand people genuinely connect with. We’re also hiring a Founding Financial Director to help architect the commercial foundations of the business. This person will work closely with the founders to design a sustainable growth model, bring financial clarity to new ideas, and ensure we scale in a way that is ambitious but grounded. These are not traditional roles. They’re opportunities to influence the direction, culture, and future of the company from day one. We’re looking for people who are energised by building, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by purpose as much as performance.
