Program Quality: Provides oversight and coordinates high quality youth development programs in afterschool and outdoor day camp setting for assigned location(s), in adherence to Y program model, curriculum and quality standards. Ensure camp grounds are safe, engaging. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending the local and national camp standards trainings, seminars, webinars, conferences etc.
