Yingo Yango’s middleware software, designed to sit between the EMR and the patient portal, is a turnkey solution that can be streamlined into existing EMRs and workflows in order to automatically deploy care management plans and engage patients through automated surveys and at-home tools. Yingo Yango can act purely as middleware by connecting directly into a hospital's existing patient portal, or Yingo Yango can also provide that front-end interface if a portal does not exist.
