Year On careers

Year On is an experiential education program that guides people to explore the core of who they are, where they want to go and how to get there. We do this by equipping them with the clarity, self-confidence, and tools they need to bridge any gap they may encounter in their life.

Our three-phase program includes international immersion and volunteering in one of five countries, experiential learning and career exposure in San Francisco, and a personal coach throughout. Our experiential learning approach uses three unique strategies—self-directed learning, peer learning, and learning through mentors — to provide a holistic experience tailored to fit each Fellow’s unique learning needs.
