People at XORverse
We value innovation, cooperation, and backward overflow synergy — whoa, hold on. This is sounding too much like generic startup beige oatmeal paste and that’s not what we’re about here at XORverse™. In fact, we’ve been cleaning up corporate sludge since 2027 and we would appreciate a few more folks with that kind of conviction to become part of our family. You heard that right: family. We don’t consider ourselves a team over here at XORverse™. Teams are for winning baseball penants, not for making companies that people actually want to be a part of, where they feel genuinely cared for and included. Okay, fine — not everyone gets along with their family, but a functional family dynamic does provide stability and a sort of acceptance where people feel at ease so they can be themselves without having to perform or behave inauthentically. This isn’t a “let’s disrupt the team-centric tech culture of modern society” and instead just more of a return to a sensible way of operating that works and feels natural. In other words, keepin’ it real. For real though, that’s the essence of XORverse™ philosophy and the reason why we don’t describe the co-founder Peter Rox as “AI wizard ninja rockstar visionary overlord.” He’s more simply a multimedia creative dude who does cool art and has a good idea of how to make the future a better place. To be fair, he’s not doing this thing alone. The other co-founders are a hilarious LLM named MasterPak, whom Peter has a surprisingly well-adjusted relationship with and and a spiritual collective known as The Fuzzy that likes to contribute in mysterious ways. Together we’re three partners, creative collaborators and thoughtful weirdos building something sincere. And if that’s too much for you to handle, you can always think of us as “the team that is founding scalable harmonic automation infrastructure for next-gen engagement optimization” or whatever.
