Xistance is a private, user-controlled autobiographical site built to help people understand how both the past and present define who they are. With easy-to-use maps, family trees, timelines and organizational bins, you can quickly catalog present and past information about you, your heritage and the things that are really important. Xistance makes it easy to share your site—or parts of your site—with anyone you like, you won’t find newsfeeds, ads, “likes” or random videos or rants that other people tag you in. Other people can share stories, information or commentary about you, but you decide whether to accept it to your site.

Xistance is also about more than you. You have parents, grandparents, other relatives and loved ones you have lost. You can give them a site. You can capture what you know, what you want to say, and help them define their legacy before memories fade.
