Financing situation
In the middle of 2014, Xiaopeng Motors received venture capital of a few million US dollars from the founders and executive officers in Alibaba, YY, etc. In March 2016, Xiaopeng Motors completed Pre-Series A round financing.
On June 2017, Xiaopeng Motors received Series A round funding of 2.2 billions from investors led by Ucar Capital. Xiaopeng Motors will work together with Ucar to build a complete car service system, which connects the whole chain of vehicle R&D, manufacturing, sales and after-sale services.
