Xenon-VR is a medical device company that has designed and is bringing to market next-generation eye diagnostic equipment for use by Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, eyecare clinics, and other eye-care professionals. The first device to launch is the XVR, an eye-diagnostic device that reduces the time to perform multiple diagnostic eye exams and increases the number of patients seen per day. The virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence-driven device archives eye exam data in the cloud, enabling remote viewing and analysis of eye diagnostic data. The XVR device is designed to streamline the eyecare diagnostics process, enabling the remote collection and analysis of data. Such technology is positioned to reshape how the existing eye exam and diagnostics industry operates.

Development of the XVR’s core technology, which includes the Visual Field and Refraction device, is in progress and ready for market introduction in 2023. The next phase of development, scheduled for launch in 2025, includes the development of the Fundus Camera application This application will increase the XVR’s diagnostic capabilities to identify leading eye diseases and conditions. Funding for such development will be allocated to optics engineering, software and hardware engineering, and other development.
