• Own and manage X-LAB product lines end-to-end, leading the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, delivery, and iteration

• Production & Capture: Produce, shoot, and edit videos for campaigns, tutorials, lifestyle shoots, testimonials, and events, including planning, logistics, gear setup, and on-location direction.

Capture drone and action footage of X-LAB bikes across urban, suburban, and outdoor settings.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and optimize for social media

• Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships
• Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins

• Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across X-LAB’s road, gravel, electric, city, and emerging product categories.
• Translate technical specifications, engineering innovations, materials, and manufacturing advantages into compelling rider-facing and dealer-facing product stories.

• Provide professional customer and dealer support through Zendesk, phone, and website live chat.
• Assist with product questions, bicycle setup, technical troubleshooting, warranty inquiries, orders, returns, replacement parts, and product registration.

• Over 8 million complete bikes annually across road, mountain, gravel, city, and e-bike segments
• More than 300,000 carbon frames per year from the world’s biggest dedicated carbon-fiber bike facility
