Why would you want to do “normal” work when you could be working on making the world a more fair place? In X10 we are working in a cooperative company structure on various applications that are making an impact by making company products, processes and cultures more open and fair. We’re developing software in a flat organisation where there is no place for bosses or managers. We use Holocracy to manage our company governance process and are committed to “Agile Uber All” in guiding our decision making in everything we do. At X10, targets are set from development goals and are a consequence of these goals instead of the reason for having goals.
