Writers Bloc careers

Writers Bloc is a publishing alternative for writers. It allows writers to develop their work, read high quality work for free and to connect and create communities.

We've already established ourselves as a recognisable brand & an authority within the Australian writing community. And we're developing an even bigger and better Writers Bloc. Version 2 of the website will utilise a unique feedback system allowing writers to anonymously develop & workshop their ideas before sharing it with an exponentially larger audience with us, or giving them the confidence to approact a traditional publisher or self-publish.

Main revenue streams:
Internal commerce that allows microfinancing of stories, onselling of extracts & stories from established publishers, a publishing house & quarterly journal.

Supplementary: Stationary, literary mixtapes (users order books compiled of stories they like), events listings, courses & advertising on blog.

We support new voices and showcase excellent writing.
