WP FeedBack is the first company that is here to tackle every aspect of a WordPress professional's client communications, saving more than 3 hours per week per team member that are usually wasted on annoying back and forth with the client or just wondering around the website, trying to figure out what the hell he's talking about! Now, it's as simple as pointing at the screen and saying what's up. In the short time of our existence we're already breaking records; Being the first plugin by a new company to reach 6 figures in revenue on the first month. That is out of 15 years and 60,000 other WordPress plugins that are out there. The rapid scaling means that there's a lot of room to grow within the company. We develop fast and take a lot of client feedback, mostly through our online community with about 1,000 die hard fans of the tool, from all over the world, that are happy to provide us with insight of how they are using the software and what else they need to make it perfect for their workflows. We're focused on creating a long term solution that will transform the way the ecosystem work and talk to clients (in the same way that page builder have done just a few years ago for how we design sites nowadays). The competition is already copying our features, which is an awesome signal that we're doing it right! The team is growing fast and it's importnat to us that we keep a high energy enviornment, that adapts to changes fast and works hard but still enjoy the fruits of our labor. For example, this February, we're all flying to a week in Thailand to get to know each other better, hang out at the beach and attend a big confrence over the weekend. While the offices are based in London, Uk - Most of the team is distributed, which gives flexibitlity for those that prefer to work from home. With partnerships with some of the biggest players in the industy and a bunch of investors interest (even before we started approaching), the future looks bright!
