At Workomo, we are an extremely lean, all-hands-on-deck, distributed team that is achieving a rapid rate of learning by frequently talking to users and executing fast product iterations, with the goal of “making something people want”. We are a distributed "US-India" team, operating in a very tight-knit fashion. The Founder has deep expertise as a "US-China-India" investor, operator & founder, and specializes in building cross-market, cross-functional tiger teams that move really fast, iterate quickly, ship product frequently & learn rapidly. We are able to achieve this by giving huge importance to clear alignment on company goals & operating milestones, roles & responsibilities, transparent communication and believing in agile systems like daily stand-ups, frequent cross-functional huddles, using Slack as much as possible for quick decision-making, and proactively unblocking operating issues being faced by each team member. Most importantly, we are proud to have built an extremely fun-loving, trusting & intellectually stimulating environment, where everyone is genuinely nice and supportive of each other, and where the founding team believes in inculcating long-term relationships and setting team members up for both professional growth & personal happiness.
