With our family of products (ShareGate, Officevibe and Softstart, our youngest), we are transforming the world of work. And that's just the beginning. As the world changes and evolves, our software will continue to change too to improve the way the world works. Distributed, Hybrid, flexible... you get the picture. Work is important to us. As is being happy. Everybody at GSoft can work from anywhere in Canada. And up to 150 days outside of Canada over a period of 12 months. Whether it’s from home, on the road, at GSoft or anywhere in between, we give ourselves the flexibility we need to do the work we love. But because it’s still important to have some real one-on-one time, we organize 2 to 3 company-wide events a year so everyone can mingle for real, in real time. It’s software with a people flair. We’ve got that DIY Montreal spirit here. Which means we’re not afraid to try new things. We’re self-sufficient, self-financed, B Corp – in short, our own bosses. And that gives us the flexibility to be braver, quicker and even the ability to slow things down, if we need to. We believe that good people make good technology, and if you come for a visit, some pretty good vibes.
