Work for Pie careers

Work for Pie is a professional network for software developers. Community members get a resume that updates in near real time, a way to connect and communicate with fellow developers, and an open source contribution-driven score that allows them to stand out and to compete with themselves and one another. The community is free and open to all developers.

Our main service is called Anonymous Job Matching. Community members tell us, privately, when they're interested in a new job. When they do, we get to know them, their skills, and their preferences better. Once we know what they're looking for, we get to work matching them to partner companies that fit their preferences.

Because it's private, our solution is attractive to active and passive job seekers alike. And because we boast some of the best developers in the world, many of whom refuse to use traditional recruiters, our solution is equally attractive to companies with an interest in hiring great teams.
