We hire people who are able to get down into the details, understand the basic principles of their task, are meticulous in their communication and who have a thirst for building something big for people. Everyone if fully responsible for their own work. Task Management tools (Trello) are used on a daily basis to plan and execute sprints (development, testing and marketing). We believe in small teams making huge impacts. We hire engineers who can learn anything once they put their mind to it. Stack agnostic engineers tend to be our favorite: tools change, and the ability to learn with a thirst for knowledge and excellence comes from within. We do not believe in motivating people. Motivation comes from within. Bring your A-game, be prepared to take on responsibilities and grow as an engineer or marketer.
