Vector is a small, fast-growing team of fun-loving, down-to-earth people who work smart and keep things real, many of which, including the founding team, have worked together before at places like Addepar. People like myself feel totally comfortable carrying on with outspoken ideas and open dialogue, feeling at home simply being ourselves as there is a high level of trust and respect across the organization. We are profitable too, and on Series A funding, which is unique among startups. Everyone is based out of their home working remotely.
