Canopy helps families prepare for their future journeys through healthcare. We're building tools to help people talk about, make, and share their end-of-life healthcare decisions. Our core product is a web application that provides education on advance care planning, guides users through clarifying and legally documenting their wishes, and enables users to digitally sign and share their documentation with loved ones and medical providers. We're committed to ensuring people from all walks of life can better prepare to navigate their journey through healthcare.
