WiredScore is a real estate advisory and marketing company that works with landlords, brokers, and tenants to identify and promote buildings with great technology offerings. We own and operate the Wired Certification program, the first ever rating system for internet connectivity in buildings, with the goal of ensuring that all businesses large and small can find office space that meets their connectivity needs. Launched in 2013, we are based in New York City but are helping building owners across the country to get Wired Certified.
