Wing Ma'am careers

Wing Ma’am is the mobile app that aims to unite LGBT women. The app safely connects women with other women while informing them of related events in their area. Wing Ma’am is more than just a dating app; it encourages users to participate in and create their own events.

Four to seven percent of the world's population identifies as LGB or T. Our available market size in the us is 9.4 million women. Worldwide, it is 29.9 million women.

There is no platform where lesbians can safely connect or be “in the know” of LGBT friendly events and establishments. As a result, many young lesbians feel isolated, unable to express their identity without fear of reprisal or judgment. We learned more about these challenges through a survey we administered to 2,500 women.

Wing Ma'am will help increase the visibility of the thriving LGBT community and will provide one centralized place to browse profiles, chat with like-minded individuals, share information, and create and RSVP to events.
