We are an early-stage start-up with currently 3 team members along with a network of partners and advisors, and we are building our full-time founding team to contribute to the company’s growth. We are looking to grow a group of colleagues that want to work together as peers to do the best work we can for our customers. We have an early product and demo and are looking to iterate on it as we scale to more customers, while, at the same time, pursuing our research mission. We are results and deadline driven and believe in independence: we are looking for people who want to be part of our mission to scale our platform and help our customers, and can independently manage their time and work to do so. For greater clarity, we are looking for professionals who will work to meet deadlines (which could mean evenings or weekends) but don’t have to ask permission to take days off or go to appointments or obligations, as long as their overall mandate is handled. You are an independent agent that has a job to do, and not just paid to fill a seat for a given period of time. We are open to accommodation (e.g. family time) and work arrangements of all kinds. Importantly, we’re here to do a job and need to make sure we all coordinate so it gets done.
