Willicroft careers

In January 2022 we’ll become the first plant-based cheese producer based on beans and pulses. We’ve made this switch to make our cheeses allergen free, lower our emissions and to create local supply chains. It takes 9kg of dairy milk to make 1kg of dairy cheese whereas our bean based cheese require 1kg of beans to make 10kg of legume based cheese. To further highlight the difference, our Greek White alternative emits 9 times less C02 than a dairy feta and 5 times less than a cashew based feta.
