At WillBits we run our meetings and organisation based on the principles of Sociocracy and Agile Exec Management. This means that every voice is heard and valued for what it includes. Sociocratic governance takes into account the whole person that comes to work, not just their "work compartment". We strongly believe in the rights of our customers with principles of ethics, trust and honesty not negotiables in our corporate environment. Sociocracy means that individuals (and teams) can take ownership of tasks / areas of business, but maintains transparency and accountability for outcomes.
