Wify is a pioneer in tech enabled skilling and employment of blue collar workforce. Simultaneously solving the problem of unemployment for workers, and skill-gap for employers.

On one hand India has a large young workforce, the so called demographic dividend, but on the other hand there is a massive skills gap. Workers coming out of ITIs and other vocational training institutes are not employable, and employers have to struggle to find the right people for completing their jobs.

Wify has built a tech platform where it trains and qualifies tradesmen such as carpenters, technicians, plumbers etc., and provides them access to various kinds of employment opportunities.
On the demand side Wify aggregates demand from brands such as IKEA, Livspace, Amazon, Hettich etc., and assigns that work to the most suitable tradesmen.
