• Analyze logistics performance and cost drivers across truck, rail, reload/DC, and customer delivery flows; identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support claims processing and documentation discipline by improving visibility to required claim evidence, including shipment records, photos, seals, damage documentation, and follow-up actions.

• Support warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to deliver sustainable top quartile results
• Accountable for all financial aspects for the sites. This includes but is not limited to monthly reporting, annual planning, and capital analysis

• Enterprise AI Architecture - Define and evolve Weyerhaeuser's enterprise AI architecture, reference architectures, and technical standards. Establish scalable, secure, and reusable architectural patterns that enable AI to become a core enterprise capability while ensuring interoperability, governance, and long-term maintainability.

• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales, customer-facing, or related business experience preferred.

• Lead, develop, and support application of process and process control best practices. Including joining with mill leadership to develop mid- and long-term process control network strategies
• Understand and share industry best practices, equipment options and proven strategies for manufacturing control systems and applications

• Lead the design of scalable solutions across multiple business domains.
• Establish reusable patterns, standards, and best practices for model development and deployment.

• Own and continuously improve core sales and customer systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce) and the associated workflows that support how the business sells and serves customers
• Define and manage the application vision, roadmap, and priorities, including maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog of work

• Partner with manufacturing, reliability, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to understand business problems and translate them into machine learning opportunities.
• Analyze large volumes of industrial time-series, historian, MES, ERP, and sensor data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and root causes.

• Partner with business and IT to ensure solutions meet business needs and support WP strategic goals.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure technology partners deliver to WY expectations.

• Design and maintain ingestion pipelines that move data from SAP, relational databases, flat files, REST APIs, message queues, and SaaS applications into our data lake/Snowflake.
• Extend our metadata-driven and template-driven ADF pipeline frameworks so onboarding a new source is a configuration exercise — schema mapping, validation, and config, not handwritten pipelines.

• Design and build performant, well-tested transformation pipelines using SQL, dbt (or equivalent), and modern ELT patterns on our cloud data platform.
• Apply dimensional modeling and domain-driven patterns based on what the use case actually needs. Champion consistency in naming, grain, and definitions.

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage moderate to complex IT projects from initiation to completion. Take ownership and accountability for project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. Develop a project plan that outlines the scope, timelines, resource requirements, risks, and interdependencies.

• Maintain a deep understanding of current and planned SAP BTP services and capabilities.
• Socialize BTP capabilities across IT and business teams and roadmap opportunities to leverage the platform effectively.

• Formulate, communicate, and uphold architectural strategies and standards in alignment with our growth strategies
