Over the last decade, we’ve seen more restrictions imposed on internet activity: phone numbers are required to open new accounts, multiple accounts are limited, and advertisers track your data based on your web activity. We empower internet users by developing products that uphold a free and secure internet. At Westbold, all the partners are also developers and we don't have endless meetings and layers of bureaucracy. Developers are encouraged to pursue whatever they're interested in and have the ability to rapidly develop and roll out new features. We keep what's good about startup culture, while rejecting the idea that the startup should be your life. Work-life balance is important and we encourage developers to take plenty of time off.
