After years of running businesses, I realized that there are two types of work: stuff we have to do (email, ops, organization, finances). And stuff we want to do (creating & seeing how our product/service impacts users) When younger I'd take people on all sorts of outdoor expeditions - losing track of time - seeing people experience jaw-dropping nature - new friendships forged while digging out dirt bikes from mud. Being able to engineer experiences and memories, and helping people connect - is what got me going. So I started hosting on Airbnb. It was fun but soon became a boring business. I wanted more. After visiting 70+ countries - I realized: most hotels and Airbnb hosts suck because they don't care about making guests feel special. They lack soul and attention to detail. They just don't care about being different. 5 thousand guest reservations later - I realized I was the same. Things I had to do crept in: operational issues, finances, dealing w people - so I lost focus of what matters. With everything going digital - We crave physical experiences and connections more than ever. I had wake-up and set out to bring the soul back into hosting. After months of trial and error - I decoded what it takes to create experiences. Biz skyrocketed and I we went from managing 25 homes to 600+ in 3 months. After running an Airbnb business of all sizes (1,5,20,50,300 homes) - Our goal is simple: to bring the soul back into hosting. We believe that experiences matter more than things. We're creating a platform that empowers hosts to create unforgettable experiences for their guests. We're not just about managing properties - we're about creating connections and memories.
