Founded in 2013 by Allan N. Weiss, co-founder of Case Shiller Weiss. WA completed its revolutionary analytics in 2014 by combining, unique expertise, proprietary analytics, and vast computing power. Until then price changes rippling through housing markets and leading trends were unmeasured. WA produces house specific indexes and forecasts making these unseen trends visible and predictable. WA’s predictive analytics enables smarter decisions and disruptive real estate finance products.

In 2016, WA launched REVex, a tech-enabled platform that allows owners of homes to sell an equity share to investors in an asset called “Indexed Fractional Ownership” (IFO). Each IFO uses a Weiss Index to allocate returns. The Weiss Indexes enabe property owners to retain house specific upside and protect investors from house specific downside. REVex is poised to disrupt real estate finance by unlocking trillions of dollars of home equity - dwarfing the rest of the new “shared economy”.
