Instead of juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and endless guest follow-ups, event managers import their guest list from Excel and run the entire wedding — invites, RSVPs, travel tickets, ID cards, and thank-you messages — from a single dashboard that delivers every guest interaction over WhatsApp.

Because guests reply on the app they already use, Weddingkart removes the "please install our app" step that breaks most wedding tools. To date, it has helped planners manage 50,000+ guests across 100+ weddings.

Pricing is one-time per wedding: Basic Rs 5,999 (2,000 WhatsApp credits), Standard Rs 11,999 (6,000 credits plus RSVP, travel and ID-card collection), or a Season pack of 5 weddings for Rs 49,999, all plus 18% GST.
