You’ll be further developing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Fusion, which is a web-based system used by HR and recruitment teams to manage their hiring process.

Fusion is currently being used by over 2,000 businesses in the UK (both SMEs and larger, corporate businesses) to manage candidate applications, send communications, schedule interviews, easily report on their metrics and more.
