| Founding Engineer / Technical Co-Founder weAltura is building the infrastructure layer for outdoor communities — a marketplace to discover, organize, and monetize shared outdoor experiences. We have validated demand (700+ waitlist, 50k organic audience, €1k pre-platform revenue) and a full high-fidelity product designed. Backend is partially developed (30%). Full-time Fair split Equity + future salary (post-funding) | We are looking for a founding engineer to: • Own the technical architecture • Lead product development from MVP to scalable platform • Define infrastructure, database, and marketplace logic • Implement payment and subscription systems • Shape long-term technical vision • Build and eventually lead the engineering team | What We’re Looking For • Strong full-stack experience (React / Next / Node or similar modern stack) • Experience building marketplaces, SaaS, or consumer platforms • Product-minded engineer (UX sensitivity is a plus) • Comfortable building 0→1 systems • Experience with payment systems and scalable backend architecture • EU time zone preferred | Bonus: • Passion for outdoor sports • Experience in community-driven platforms | What We Offer • Meaningful equity ownership • Founder-level decision power • Opportunity to build a global category-defining product • Backed by H-FARM pre-accelerator • Strong early traction and validated demand | Our Mission Our mission is to make outdoor experiences more accessible, organized, and trusted, enabling individuals, guides and communities to connect and explore together safely.
