I am a human resource executive with over 15 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management as well as extensive experience in small business startup/management consulting. My professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, and employee relations. I am currently the VP of HR & Admin for WCN Television Inc. In this role, I am responsible for HR support for over 250 employees. Prior to WCN, I managed HR functions and provided strategic business partner services for HiTemp Materials and WizChimp LLC. During my career at WCN, I have managed and supported large, complex, organizations with globally dispersed employees and staff. I am also an investor in WCN and serve on the board of directors as treasurer.
