The Wana business model is Patent Pending. Where our competitors require subscriptions for premium features, we hold a competitive advantage by offering all features forever free. Wana points-for-purchase are priced below market for hourly sitting. By charging this voluntary but substantial fee to a small percentage of users (30% of active users, where active users are 20% of total users), we avoid a mandatory fee on all users, reducing the barrier to entry and retention for families and their referrals.
