Culture and benefits at QShala

Culture overview

Arrival of the pandemic has altered our work lives significantly. These remote or quasi-remote situations have brought with them a challenge of redefining 'culture' at work. To enable building and transforming culture in an organization, QShala brings a unique proposition - Culture Circle. What is Culture Circle? Teams come together regularly to build a culture of connecting beyond the professional face, understand each other to support, seek support, find a sense of belonging in the organization and to have fun as a collective. What are the culture aspects Culture Circle is looking at building? Dealing with fatigue and Energy : help the collective to relax, get a change of scene virtually, get a boost of adrenaline, get to create things and get to express various emotions. Build bonds between peers : help the collective to collaborate each other creatively and exchange thoughts by creating safe space for each other Celebrate work-life balance : help the collective to showcase their interests and give a slice of their personal life to their peers. Improve empathy among peers : help the collective to get into each other's shoes and get a different perspective from oneself, which in turn enables the collective to support each other better. Working towards a common vision while being valued : help the collective to know the bigger picture with respect to the organization, understand the values of the organization along with what value each other add to the organization. Acknowledging small wins : help the collective to celebrate each other's interests, hobbies, talents and small achievements in the organization. Enabling water cooler moments : help the collective to foster random conversations between peers while creating and showcasing their interests.
