wailand careers
wailand builds the next generation of industrial software.
We help industrial companies automate engineering work across PLM, CAD, and adjacent systems—so engineers and designers can spend less time on repetitive work and more time creating what is truly new.
Today, engineering in many manufacturing companies is still shaped by fragmented tool landscapes, manual variant creation, repetitive order-specific design work, and software that often adds complexity instead of reducing it. Too many projects become long, heavily customized, politically driven transformation programs that still leave the people in engineering dissatisfied.
We believe there is a better way.
At wailand, we are building an AI-powered platform for engineering automation that starts with real industrial processes, real system landscapes, and real user problems. Instead of forcing companies into another monolithic stack, we connect existing environments, make engineering knowledge reusable, and automate high-value tasks step by step—from focused use cases to end-to-end processes over time.
Our ambition is not to build another copilot layer on top of outdated software. We are rethinking how industrial software should work: context-aware, agent-driven, interoperable, and built around the actual needs of engineers in complex manufacturing environments.
We are an early-stage company founded by experienced operators with deep backgrounds in industrial software, engineering, and enterprise go-to-market. We care about talent density, direct feedback, ownership, and building things that matter.
If you want to help shape a category-defining company at the intersection of AI, engineering, and industrial transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
