We stop high-risk actions before execution through real-time human authorization. Patent-pending. Customers: DoD, NSA, fintech, critical infrastructure. Pre-seed, raising $3M–$5M. Strategic advisor: SYN Ventures. SDVOSB. We're hiring three founding engineers. Each role owns its domain completely. DevSecOps Engineer Salary: $130K–$160K at seed · Equity: 0.5–1.5% Build federal-grade AWS infrastructure from scratch. Must have 3+ years AWS production (EKS, IAM, VPC, KMS), Terraform module authorship, Kubernetes security expertise, and secrets management experience. FedRAMP/SOC 2 experience and active clearance a strong plus. Backend / Distributed Systems Engineer Salary: $140K–$170K at seed · Equity: 1–2% Build the core authorization engine: 100K+ requests/sec, sub-100ms latency, global scale. Must have 3+ years production Go, distributed systems expertise (consensus, fault tolerance), Kubernetes in production, and policy/rule engine experience (Cedar, OPA, or equivalent). Mobile Security Engineer Salary: $130K–$150K at seed · Equity: 0.5–1% Build the mobile authorization client — biometric, cryptographically bound, approved in under 10 seconds. Must have 3+ years native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) with production App Store/Play Store apps, Secure Enclave or Android Keystore in production, and biometric auth in security-critical implementations.
